Section 01
How to cancel
A workspace owner can cancel through the billing-management link in PrioSmith when that link is available. You may also email support@priosmith.com from the workspace owner or billing address and identify the workspace to cancel.
Support may verify ownership before changing billing. A support request is treated as received when it reaches the published support mailbox; send it before the renewal time shown in the billing portal to avoid the next charge.
Section 02
Cancelling a trial
Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first subscription charge. Trial access may continue until the displayed end time unless the billing portal says otherwise. Removing a workspace, deleting a browser cookie, or stopping use does not by itself cancel a trial.
Section 03
Cancelling a paid subscription
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly or annual period. Paid plan features remain available until then. The subscription will not renew after the effective cancellation date.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the remaining period. Billing mistakes, material service failures, and mandatory rights are handled under the refund and dispute policy.
Section 04
What happens after cancellation
At the end of paid access, the workspace may move to the available free or restricted state. Paid-only functions, custom domains, integrations, or limits may stop working. Export information you need before paid access ends.
Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete the account, workspace, or public content. This separation allows an owner to retain data and later choose whether to renew, export, or delete it.
Section 05
Account and data deletion
Account deletion is a separate action available through account controls or verified support. A confirmed deletion has a 30-day grace period to reverse an accidental request. After that period, active service data is scheduled for deletion, subject to billing, legal, security, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.
A workspace owner should transfer ownership or export required data before deleting the only owner account. See the Privacy Policy for data rights and retention details.
Section 06
Failed payment is not cancellation
A failed, expired, or disputed payment method does not count as a cancellation request. PrioSmith may retry a payment, notify the billing contact, restrict paid access, or end the subscription according to the billing-provider status. Use the billing portal or support process when you intend to cancel.
