Promotion terms

Prices are in US dollars unless Checkout displays another currency:

• Spark monthly: $5/month for 12 months, then $7/month.
• Spark annual: $50 for the first year, then $70/year.
• Forge monthly: $15/month for 12 months, then $19/month.
• Forge annual: $150 for the first year, then $190/year.

Applicable taxes may be added. Checkout shows the first charge, promotion, tax, billing period, and normal renewal amount before confirmation.

The offer is for a new paid PrioSmith workspace and may be limited to one promoted workspace per customer, company, payment method, or related group. Existing subscriptions, duplicate accounts, test transactions, fraudulent orders, and previously refunded promotional subscriptions may be excluded.

If a promoted subscription is cancelled, downgraded, or becomes unpaid, the promotional rate is not guaranteed on a later reactivation. Changing plans or billing periods may end or recalculate the offer as shown before confirmation.

When a 14-day trial is offered, the promotional paid term starts after the trial and after Stripe confirms the first successful payment. The subscription then renews monthly or annually until cancelled.

After the 12-month promotional period, the subscription renews at the normal price shown above unless you cancel or change the plan before renewal. See the cancellation policy and refund and dispute policy.

Promotional availability is determined by confirmed billing records, not a website counter. PrioSmith may stop accepting new promotional subscriptions after the capacity is reached or if abuse, fraud, a technical mistake, or a legal requirement affects the offer.

A change will not retroactively remove a correctly applied promotion from an active, paid, compliant subscription. If Checkout conflicts with marketing copy, do not confirm the purchase; contact support so the difference can be reviewed.
